Will the Revenue Administration Division consider waiving the 100 or more filing requirement?

Yes, the Revenue Administration Division may waive the filing requirement if you can show hardship as a reason for not filing on magnetic media. To request a waiver you should send a letter of request stating the nature of the hardship and the reason magnetic media cannot be produced to:
