Filing the Tire Recycling Fee

The 80-cent tire recycling fee is payable on a semi-annual basis in January and July. When you register for a tire-recycling account, you will be mailed pre-printed vouchers that include the date the fee is due.

The voucher and payment should be mailed to:

    Remittance Processing Center

    Annapolis, Maryland 21411-0001
