Maryland Filing Information - Business Tax Forms

You can download forms and instructions directly from our Web site or you can e-mail our taxpayer service section at taxhelp@comp.state.md.us to request forms. You can also visit any of our taxpayer service offices located throughout Maryland to obtain forms.

You can also file your Maryland taxes online, using our free iFile service for personal income taxes and bFile for sales and use taxes and employer withholding taxes.

Tax booklets are also available at participating public libraries and post offices.
