The Comptroller's Office will no longer accept cash payments at branch offices.

Cash payments may be made at the Comptroller's Baltimore Office: 301 West Preston Street, Room 206, Baltimore, Maryland

Please note: payments requiring immediately available funds must be made by certified check, cashier's check, teller's check or money order.

You can obtain free Maryland income tax assistance in person or over the phone by contacting any of the 12 locations listed below. Assistance is available 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. See our free tax preparation services.

Please include your business name, address and your nine-digit federal employer identification number (FEIN) or eight-digit Maryland central registration number in your e-mail message. This will help us generate a quick response to your inquiry.
